Most items sold by Solar Xpress have a solid manufacturer's warranty attached. Some warranties are 12 months, others are as much as 2 - 25 years. The warranty on the products is NOT from us, but from the manufacturer.

1. If you are returning any item for a full refund, then this is conditional on the item being returned to us in as new condition in the original packaging. If the item does not meet this criteria then a re-stocking fee will be charged and this may vary, but a minimum fee of 20% will apply.
2. When you are returning any item for faulty manufacturing, please contact us so we can allot you a return authorisation number, which you will need to include within your return documentation.
3. All return items need to be accompanied with all purchase details, i.e. Name, Address, Phone Number and Invoice Number.
4. It is recommended that you use registered post for your return items. This way you have proof of delivery. We are absolutely NOT responsible for your lost items sent to us.

Warranty return times are out of our hands so you will need to allow a few weeks for the return of your warranty claim item.

DO NOT return a travelling antenna because it doesn't work everywhere - they won't.
